Good communication and recipient was happy
The communication to get this collected from the store was good and the people Em friendly and happy to help. I was a bit annoyed after paying $10 to have the balloons delivered to then be emailed to say I needed to pay a further I think $20/$30 for delivery when it already costs $40. So I changed to colletio, and they did not refund me the $10 I originally paid for delivery. This 'other fees may incur' should tate the average amount that will be added to the delivery fess after checkout.
