Delivery Terms and Conditions
1. The fixed delivery rates are for all standard delivery of orders. Orders that include items such as Plastic Tableware Partywear etc., Table Cloth Rolls, Pinatas, Food and Helium Tanks may incur extra postage fees. This is due to the weight and large size of these products. When an order contains an excess amount of these products over the normal average we will contact you with a freight quote for your approval prior to shipment.
2. The Sydney Party Shop reserves the right to select the method of shipment and the courier.
3. Please allow 3-4 working days for your order to be picked, packed and despatched, There may be times when your order can be delayed due to stock availability, your order will be placed on hold until your item comes in, for us to despatch, We will notify you in the event. $9.90 Standard shipping is via Australia standard post. We offer other shipping methods including Express Post and same day Courier which incurs an extra fee. . The Sydney Party Shop has a flat rate shipping price for all orders made in Australia FROM $9.90
* Please note that all prices are based on up to 1kg volume/weight parcels single. If an order exceeds this you will be notified immediately as prices may vary. Excludes our hire Helium Tanks and all hire equipment and helium balloon delivery and decorator services - Please contact us for delivery prices where these products and services are involved.
If you have received our product/s and they are faulty you must contact our customer service centre on 02 9567 8111 within 5 working days to discuss and arrange a Refund or replacement of the goods.Please choose your items carefully as Sydney Party Shop does not offer Refund on any goods unless they are faulty. The Sydney Party Shop will not refund our postage costs and the costs of returning the goods and cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods during transit. Your statutory rights are not affected.
BALLOON DECORATING SERVICES and Balloon Deliveries
Sydney Party Shop have been balloon decorating for over 20 years . We have a wide selection of arrangements to choose from on our website.
Balloons arrangements and loose balloons will be delivered inflated with helium as requested on the need by date when ordering online or over the phone.
All Helium Latex Balloons for the arrangements or loose balloons only last 8-10 hours.
If you require them to last longer , you need to contact us on 02 95678111 to discuss options to have the latex balloons last longer than 8-10 hours and an extra fee applies per balloon.
Foil Balloons can last up to 3 days, depending how they are handled and weather conditions.
- Delivery is only available in the Sydney Metropolitain Area.
- Delivery is available, 7 days a week
- Minimum purchase of $50 is required for delivery from Monday to Sunday
- Minimum Purchase of $100 applies to Sunday deliveries
- Delivery fees vary by suburb.
- A delivery overtime fee applies to deliveries that are not between 9.30am-4.30pm Monday to Sunday.
- Delivery window must be a 2hr timeframe, for peak season we work on when your party is due to start.

Please choose your items carefully as we do not offer refunds if you would like to cancel your order or balloons unless the item is damaged.
We do however offer credit to the same value of your cancellation to shop at our store or order balloons or items for a later date.
If an item is on Sale or Run out we do not have a Return Policy or Refund Policy unless the item is faulty.
Hire Equipment and Frozen Food - NO POSTAGE
PICK UP ONLY OR DELIVERY AND PICK UP FOR EXTRA FEE
All our Helium Cylinders are for hire only and not for purchase. This is strickly a 4 day Hire from time of pick up or delivery. If you return our hire equipment later than 4 days you will be charged a late fee of $10 per day late fee until returned. All our other Hire Equipment is only 24hr hire and if returned later then 24hr will incur daily late fee to the same value as the hire for the day. Please note a Bond is required for all our hire equipment.
We do not post any of our Hire Equipment or Frozen Food, they are only pick up from our store or we can delivery by courier for extra fee, please call for quotes on delivery and pick up fees.
